"Purchased a policy December 2023, 6 months paid in full on day Zero. This office cancelled my policy and “refunded” my premiums with a letter 6 weeks after I purchased the policy. I never received the alleged cancellation letter and my premium refund. I never received the termination letter, and was quite surprised when the State of Florida sent me a letter saying my license would be suspended. 3 months after my coverage was cancelled. By the Grace of God I wasn’t pulled over and arrested. Do Not Trust These People. They’ll talk nice and make you feel comfortable. And you’ll get run over by the law and rates and “policy,”. 3 years later and my rates are still inflated because “I let my insurance lapse,”. Update for Management after your “response,” to my Review: Drew Davis. Do better. And don’t make the next chump sit in your office half the day to get his money back after you’ve set him up for arrest and of all actors the State of Florida saves him from having his license suspended. Over 15plus years Agent Floyd would call me to tell me premiums were going down next 6 months. By $3.14… but cancelling a wholly prepaid policy weeks in… uncertified letter will do. Disgusting and shameful."
